Excellent experience, I would highly recommend Rob & Son for any of your automotive needs in Arlington I came in from out of town to purchase a vehicle, and needed a reliable expert to inspect it before the deal. Robert, K.P., and the whole team made sure I was taken care of and knew the progress on my vehicle every step of the way. The pricing was very fair, service was quick, and I left with a detailed report on the vehicle's condition. If I'm ever in town again and need auto service, Rob & Son will be my first stop!

KP and Daidra gave me the best auto care customer service I have experienced in the DFW Metroplex. I appreciate local businesses that treat each customer with care and provide good deals on auto care. The garage also comes with a Family Friendly waiting area with plenty of space and comfortable seating. They provide great refreshments to enjoy while you wait for the service to be completed. I highly recommend!

Great experience with this garage! I found them on Groupon and have had my oil changes and a transmission flush done here so far. Everything’s been smooth, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for brakes when I need them. Friendly, family-owned, honest, and reliable and they’re open Sundays for oil changes, which is super convenient.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was super nice and the oil change took less than 30 minutes and they offer refreshments and a play area for the kids. Definitely my new go to

I have used their services several times. I appreciate that they are always very friendly and they don't treat my like I don't know what I'm talking about. And they don't try to sell me things I don't need. I plan on always taking my business to them and recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicle.

The customer service was superb!! It was ease getting in and out. I was highly impressed that as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a welcome. The lady at the counter explained the process of my car maintenance with no haggling. They also have a play section for small children while you wait. In addition, to the complimentary snack options they provide for their customers. This was more than just a car service they provide an experience that not many other establishments provide. I will definitely be returning and thank you Rob and Son!!

A very trusted place to get your car serviced. They are my go to for oil changes! Very polite and welcoming, a place for kiddos to play, snacks and coffee whole you wait. This place definitely sets a great example as a small business our community should support!

Excellent customer service. You really feel welcomed going in the shop. There is a dedicated counter person, kids area, adult area, drinks and snacks. The service was unbelievably fast. Got a synthetic oil change in probably 20 minutes and I wasn’t the only customer there. Found them through a 3rd party discount site but I will be a returning customer regardless of discount or not their service is well worth it!

When you’re in a pinch financially and have specific, demanding needs, you can pretty much bet you’ll have to bend over backwards and ask for favors to get the job done. I contacted Rob and Son and was pleasantly accommodated WITHOUT having to wreck my wallet and pride. Man, what a relief! I live out of town, so unfortunately I won’t visit super often, but I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience. Thank yall so much! Oh, the complimentary snacks were a beautiful BONUS!

They are very polite, affordable and fast. I was greeted by all employees inside as I was walking in the door. They have a play area for the little ones, even offer snacks and drinks. Absolutely love that they think about parents with children. They have a comfortable waiting area. I will absolutely be returning here for my oil changes.
